AS Roma are considering registering Adnan Januzaj from Real Sociedad, based on Sky in Italy.
Having joined their childhood setup from that of Anderlecht back in 2011, Januzaj began his professional career with Manchester United, but he was not able to prove himself capable of playing regularly in a group trying to keep their place in the very top of world football at the moment. He spent a while on loan, first at Borussia Dortmund and then Sunderland, before linking Sociedad at a $8.5 million deal in the summer of 2017.
This season, the 24-year-old Belgian made 13 club appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals and placing on as many aids.
Roma contacted Liverpool to inquire about the possibility of a loan deal for Xherdan Shaqiri a week but the Premier League leaders refused to discuss it point blank. Januzaj seems to be the next name in their list of wishes in regards to adding numbers for their broad attacking section.
